I had excellent service that definitely exceeded my expectations. My HVAC technician was Aaron Smith. My furnace broke down during a snow storm and luckily I was able to get a service appointment with Quarry Hills. I never used them but took a chance since all previous reviews were excellent. Aaron diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and pretty quick installed the igniter switch This was amazing. He is very knowledgable and got my old furnace that was 18 years old back up and running. I never thought this would happen. The price was definitely great for the service. I highly recommend this company. It is honest and trustworthy.

We called around 8:30 because last night our boiler stopped working. There was a leak in one of the covers that stopped the oil from reaching the boiler. The technicians arrived within 30 minutes and were quick to access the problem. By 10 they were done fixing it, replacing it with a brand new piece! 10/10 experience, the technicians were kind and understanding and got the job done quick.

We've been experiencing a persistent natural gas smell coming from our furnace room for quite some time. After contacting a few local companies with no success, I was close to giving up when I decided to call Quarry Hills, and I’m so glad I did. Andrew, the HVAC technician, went truly above and beyond. He conducted a thorough evaluation that included checking the furnace’s combustion and overall functionality, inspecting the gas system, testing and adjusting gas pressure levels to ensure they were within manufacturer specifications. He clearly explained that when gas pressures exceed those specifications, excess gas can be released into the combustion chamber, which can cause a noticeable gas odor. Andrew tested the system with the furnace both off and running, carefully checked for leaks, and reviewed the entire setup before confidently confirming that everything was safe and operating properly. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Even scheduling the appointment was impressive. The representative on the phone was professional and detail-oriented, asking thoughtful questions about our unit, its age, and even requesting serial numbers so the technician would arrive fully prepared in case parts were needed. Andrew arrived promptly within the stated time window, was exceptionally professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He had all the proper equipment needed to make an accurate diagnosis, which gave us complete peace of mind. Given that I’ve dealt with ongoing health issues over the years, and that our furnace room is located directly beneath my bedroom, this resolution means more to me than I can adequately express. Andrew didn’t just fix our furnace; he helped create a much healthier living environment for our family, and for that I am deeply grateful.
