Hello, At first I felt bad booking an appointment on Christmas Eve but I am architectural students and my classes start next week and I need my computer so I really liked the appointment system. It was my first time with Quality Electric, I was able to fill in my information and upload a photo of the damage, which was a burned outlet. I received a confirmation of the appointment, then the next day and then another notification yesterday. This morning, Chris called to let me know he had arrived. The appointment window was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., so I expected it to be later, but he arrived right at 8:00 a.m. Chris was very friendly, honest about everything and professional. He inspected the outlet, checked the electrical panel, and clearly explained what need to be done, and the cost. He also explained the outlet replacement and gave me helpful advice on what I should do moving forward. I really appreciated how honest, clear, and professional he was throughout the visit. Thank you so much Chris for everything. Hope you and your team have a wonderful Christmas and holiday. I will definitely work with Quality Electric again!

Eric and Mauricio are the 2 gentlemen who serviced my electric charger today.The gentleman stayed and helped me set up the app on my phone and ensured the car actually charged. They were very professional. They waited when I needed to work with my plumber. These guys are the best.

My husband and I have an older house that was powered by an old fuse box. Our power went out on a Sunday night, I called and someone was out first thing the following morning to trouble shoot. After the electrician found the fuse had gone bad, we were given several options on what to do. We decided to have the fuse box removed and upgraded to a modern panel, as well as a new meter installed outside. Kyle and Eric were back the very next day and got the whole process finished within less than 6 hours. Both were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as being very upfront about pricing for everything. The office was also upfront about everything and nice to speak with. We would very highly recommend Quality Electric, as their name stands true to their work and knowledge in the field.
