My wife and I decided it was time to pull the trigger on new siding and windows, and Quality Construction handled the entire project from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Dustin, Scott, Chris, and the entire team took excellent care of us throughout the process. Communication was consistent and clear, and—most importantly—they did exactly what they said they would do. That matters a great deal to me. While this was a sizeable investment, looking back, I am confident we received outstanding value for our money. OUTSTANDING experience from start to finish. I started the process of vetting contractors about a year ago and met with 6 different companies to get quotes on rotted wood work on my home. Each time I met with a different contractor, I felt frustrated by 1. Scope of work not being what I really wanted done and 2. Over-Pricing that didn’t fit into my budget. I let the project slip until about 2 months ago when I saw Quality Discount Roofing’s ad in the Mint Magazine. I decided it was time to revisit what needed to be done so I gave them a call. Ray, my salesman, showed up a day later to meet me at my home. From the moment we met, I could tell I was in good hands. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, scope out different options and helped me decide the best route. Best part, the cost was extremely competitive over other quotes. His supervisor, Stephen even personally called me and helped me with some financial questions and concerns I had. I could tell this was a good and legit company and I signed my contract with them with no hesitation. Ray constantly checked in with me and communicated timelines and supply arrivals. Changed things I needed along the way with no problems. Right before the work started, I met with Ray and my GC Scott to go over everything. I feel blessed to have had Scott oversee my project work. He was so kind, patient and thorough. They found some damage to my home and repaired it during the work with minimal extra cost. Scott talked to me daily about the work and was onsite everyday working with the crew. Excellent worksmanship and attention to detail. For scope, I had 3 sides of my home covered with siding, the original front of the home restored, a roof and chimney repair and an entire roof on a free standing shed replaced. I could not be happier with this company an all they’ve done for me. Thank you so much from a very happy customer!
