Quennon was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. It turned out I didn’t need a full panel replacement, which I really appreciated—there was no upselling, just honest guidance. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are completely upfront about costs. Derek came out to do the installation and was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The work was completed quickly, and they made sure I understood everything before wrapping up. QCE was quick to respond to our phone call and we were offered same day service, unfortunately do to our schedules we had to wait till Monday. We needed to access our dryer plug and connection as well as put up three outdoor lights and two bubble covers on our outside lights after a siding install. Our technician Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. Since the siding company left little room to install a cover, Chris was able to come up with an idea to get the covers on!! Woo hoo!!
