Unbelievable company. We had a complex issue with our AC unit and dealt with two other companies that couldn't figure out what was wrong while charging us for fixes that didn't work. Finally, I called Quality based on a recommendation. Quality's owner came out personally and inspected our unit to ensure we weren't charged for another unnecessary repair. Turns out, we needed a new unit. We got a GREAT price on our unit (maybe they felt bad for us), and it was installed that week. The install guys were great! Three weeks later, the unit wouldn't turn on. That same day, the owner came out and looked at it himself to find a frog had crawled inside the electrical control area (obviously not the fault of the install or manufacturer). I'm unbelievably thankful for the way Quality treated my family. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

My HVAC fan went out late Wednesday of last week. I called Mr. Reese and he promptly had a tech out at my house at 10:00 AM the next morning. Jésus did a great job and got it fixed within an hour. Quality Heating & Air is a great company. Would 100% recommend.

I recently had our whole HVAC system replaced in February. My husband and I could not be happier with the results. Our installers were, Jesus Nunez, Joshua Johnson and my apologies for not getting the two other names of the other installers. Quality Air came in at a fair price, did what they said they were going to do and beyond. Jesus explained everything clearly to me and didn't waste any time to get things. They were punctual, professional and totally cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them. Thank you
