Highly Recommend! I hired Patrick to replace a cracked bathroom sink. He found a matching sink , ordered it and did the work in an efficient time period - He also repaired some damaged drywall . He seems to very experienced with remodeling wok and is verya reasonable priced and easy to work with!

Patrick did a fantastic job on our kitchen repair for water damage. He came and saw us within 24 hours to give us a bid on the job. His rate was honest and fair and he under promised but over delivered. We love that when paying for someone's services. He did an immaculate job matching our flooring and making our kitchen look like there was never any damage at all. He also took the time to do little odd handy jobs around the house that I asked him to do while he was there and even helped us fix our fridge when our appliance tech couldn't. I'm saving Patrick's number because I know I'm going to need him again. 10/10 highly recommend!

Patrick Rice with PTR Unlimited is an amazing handyman/contractor! I hired Patrick to install storm doors and replace the flooring in my dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There were a few ups and downs, including an unexpected leak found in the bathroom that involved pulling the toilet and counter, drying the floors, and reinforcing the subfloor before the new vinyl could be installed. Patrick took everything in stride, worked tirelessly through it all, was respectful of my home, and now everything looks amazing. Patrick went above and beyond to ensure my projects were exactly what I wanted (including shopping for the doors and the tile for the backsplash) and I’m so happy with my new floors and doors.
