In 2012 when solar rooftop panels was in its infancy, our monthly electric trip bill was in the hundreds. Committed to lowering our bill and also using renewable resource to do so, we called 2 solar companies and were so happy to select Provision Solar. The bids from the 2 companies were similar but what impressed us was the owner, Marco Mangelsdorf , who stressed the advantages of using solar power and using a renewable resource. Fourteen years later, our system is still working well and when we had to change microinvertors, the staff was very helpful. I recommend this company not only for the work done well but also because of their commitment to using a renewable resource. After 4 years, the system paid for itself in electricity savings.I thank Provision Solar and wish them many year of success.

Had a hard time getting the paperwork in order and communication was very confusing. We had to basically do our own paperwork and fill out everything. The federal tax break wasn’t what they said it would be. Once the sale call was completed. We had 6 people giving us 6 different answers and directions to complete our paperwork. Personally, for the amount we paid they should have completed the paperwork. The only thing they did do fantastic was get a contractor that was amazing. It took over a year to complete the project. It came down to the wire within days of the end of the year and THEN they wanted to move faster. We were ready to just bail on the complete project. I do want to say, the finished project is doing exactly what we wanted it too. It is producing power for our home! But it was painful to complete this project.

Highly recommend! The complete project from contract signing to system energized took only slightly over two months! The project moved along faster than any I have experienced on the island. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. The system installation took only one day with a large, polite, knowledgeable and tidy crew. Based on my experience, I now have ProVision servicing my original legacy solar system as well.
