In 2025, we decided to add a 400-square foot room to our existing home. After meeting with eight different contracting companies, we chose to work with Pro Modeling. We selected them because Paul took the time to clearly explain the entire process and set proper expectations from the beginning. Their price was very reasonable also. Our assigned project manager was Dante and the foreman on site was Will. Once construction began, Dante checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. During city inspections, Will consistently arrived early and remained on-site until inspectors completed their review. His crew was punctual, typically working from 8 am to 5 pm and often arriving early or staying late when needed. They also cleaned the job site thoroughly each day before leaving. When they worked on the roof, they made sure to sweep our driveway and remove any nails and debris. After each milestone, Dante stopped by to verify the work was completed to our satisfaction. Once the room addition was finished, Will ensured every details was addressed, including having the windows cleaned and the floors mopped before his team left. Guy(the owner of the company) even called to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Pro Modeling delivered outstanding work on our room addition, and I highly recommend them. They were honest, communicative, and professional throughout the entire project.

Promodeling handled everything — design, permits, and construction — which made the experience truly hassle-free. I originally considered building an ADU in my backyard, but after deciding that the cost was too high for now, the team helped me pivot seamlessly to improving my existing space instead. They completed minor electrical and plumbing updates to the bathroom off the office, and they also remodeled the entrance to make it more welcoming and accessible for in-person clients.
