Called Pro Tech to see if they could assist in my one off situation with getting a hot water heater in my basement, it’s an old farm house that was built back in 1880 and was told by another company that I will have to go to a tankless water heater setup which is 5k more. David from Pro Tech came out and assessed the situation and took measurements and confidently told me that he has full faith that they could make it happen and they did. Within a few days Techs Matt and Zach who were both very professional came out along with David and they got the new one in and drained and removed the old one with assistance from another tech that also came out to help with the removal. Zach stayed behind and also installed a new dryer vent for me that needed to be replaced. I just wanna thank David and the guys from ProTech for the hard work and professional they displayed and for saving me thousands of dollars, you have a lifetime customer!

Pro-Tech was called for a furnace checkup on 20+ year old system. Upon arrival and inspection, the furnace was deemed unsafe, as the heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide into the home. Pro-Tech was quick to explain and address the issues, present a quote, discuss my needs and provide options. Install was quickly scheduled due the safety concerns of the existing furnace and cold weather, install went smoothly and was completed in a day with revisions to my existing system for efficiency. I would HIGHLY recommend Pro-Tech for any HVAC needs! Thank you Andy - your crew did an outstanding job meeting my needs and safety concerns!

These guys are great! The day purchased my maintenance contract (solid deal, comparatively), a tech was scheduled to come out the next day. Jacob was his name, super-knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about optimal use of my HVAC. Highly recommended. Jacob is the best!!
