I recently had this company come out to repair a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. They arrived on time and were pleasant to work with. They located the leak inside the wall beneath the sink and completed the repair for $706.37, which seemed quite high for the scope of the job. Additionally, they left a mess behind that I had to clean up myself, and they attempted to sell me two sink drains for an additional $470.00. Instead, I purchased two quality drains from a local hardware store for $40.00 and installed them myself. I also have to close the wall back up myself. Based on this experience, I would recommend exercising caution when working with large, well-known plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies, as the pricing may be significantly higher than expected.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I can not say enough good things about this company or this team. When we realized we needed a new system, Jeff Byerly came out and gave our current system a look over and discussed our options. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was VERY transparent about the pricing and comparable options. I have worked with other companies before and felt like I was dealing with a used care salesman, but this was a COMPLETELY different experience working with Jeff. Their prices were also by far the best of any company that gave us a quote. On the day of our install, I received a text from the company of who was coming (with a picture) and what time they would arrive. They were exactly on time. Everyone was incredibly courteous, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Eric Kidd, Gerald and Dallas were all amazing, I really can't say enough good things about them. When my son came home from school, Dallas and Gerald even went out of their way to show him what they were doing with the blow-torch. It absolutely made that little boy's year. He keeps saying now he wants to do what they do when he grows up. I have had so many things done to this house over the years, I have lost count, but this company far exceeds any I have ever worked with in terms of price, efficiency and COURTESY! Best company I have ever used. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Price was higher than I wanted but he was patient with my desire to learn more so I could do it myself if there is another time I need to do this. Good tips on need for annual draining to extend life of a water heater. He was very professional and went the extra effort at last minute to get the part reqd to fix it same day. Polite and knowledgeable and willing to educate customers are great traits. Greg
