New door has now been installed and it is a great match with the existing one. It is also super smooth and quiet and the new controller is very nice! Dave is a true professional. My old 1/2 HP opener of 13 years was approaching the end of its useful life. I reached out to several businesses on Yelp and Dave was the first to respond. We discussed upgrading my opener to a modern 3/4 HP unit as my solid wood garage door weighs 600 lbs. Dave was meticulous and clean and did an expert install of the opener. At this point it became clear that we also needed all new springs, a torsion bar and rollers. Some of those parts needed to be special ordered but Dave was back within a few days to finish out his awesome work. I essentially have an entirely new system that should last for many years.
