The team that installed my propane, gas stove were very professional, clean and thorough. They double checked that everything was working before they left. Jake, the More experienced Plumber of the two, was very patient with his coworker, teaching him as they went along. Keith, the owner, provided excellent customer service and was very flexible when I had to make some changes in the schedule. I highly recommend the company!

This is my second shout out to Keith and Principled Plumbing! Keith came out last month to save the day with our shower drain leak... Well, just our luck, we discovered another issue just this past weekend. We caught this leak quick, but had to shut off the water to the house until we could get our shower handle/valve replaced. This was on a Friday night... So early Saturday morning I don't hesitate to call Keith. He responded immediately and I explained our issue. It was pouring rain, and the weekend. Keith said he had everything we needed and headed over in less than an hour! Sure enough, he professionally repaired our shower cartridge and once again saved the day! We were able to turn the water back on and enjoy the rest of our weekend. Thanks again Keith. We can't say enough about this company. Great customer service!

He came out on very short notice—the day after Christmas, no less—and still treated our situation like a top priority. What really stood out was how clearly he communicated every step of the job.
