I suffered two back-to-back heating furnace breakdowns, incurring approximately $2,000 in repair costs. The advisor, Christian, suggests that the York unit, which has been running for the last 20 years, deserves an upgrade. I mull over the upfront $15,000 expenses and consider potential disruptions down the road during the snow season. The decision is moving forward and will result in a more efficient unit for the immediate Winter and possibly a worry-free Summer when the AC unit is running. Christian explains the pros and cons that make sense and are a no-brainer. The removal of the old York unit and its replacement with the Carrier unit is smooth, and the whole process, including testing the new thermostat, takes about 8 hours to complete. It's been running smoothly, and I am pleased with the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Christian again for a similar project.

My gas control valve furnace started to leak and I called Weltman/Princeton Air for service on Friday afternoon. They answered my call and inquiry quickly and technician (Latrell) came to make initial assessment after couple hours from calling. From then on, we decided to change the furnace wholly since it’s already 17yrs old. On that same day, Charles Porter was assigned to do full assessment and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Grateful that he was assigned technician to do full assessment because he had to come back the next day to make sure that the proposal is efficient and we end up taking the combi-furnace option. He assisted me in applying for financial plan. Michael C. and his team were assigned to replace the furnace and they were really great. He initially mentioned that the work might take 1.5-2days but eventually they were able to finish it whole day. We really appreciate Michael and his team for able to finish the work within a day. Now we got heat on and warm water. From calling them on Friday afternoon and getting it fixed on Monday, it was very fast and efficient. Thank you again Weltman/Princeton air team. I was truly satisfied with your service and your technicians are accommodating and would even ask me if I have any questions.

We have a colonial house with two separate units for each of the floors.Our old HVAC was a Carrier system in its 26 year. Didn’t want to wait for it to fail. Went ahead choosing Carrier Infinity top of the line equipment. At Princeton Air both the Sales and Installation Teams were great. Installation team came on time and ensured after the job was done the work area was clean. Very friendly team. They ensured they helped answer my questions. As this is a new installation I am sure they did a great workmanship in line with their brand name. Will add more feedback regarding the installation quality once the new equipment is here for a few months. Overall great experience.
