John and William did a great job mounting my two tv’s, mirror and bookshelf. I actually changed my mind where I wanted the mirror and the bookshelf after they were already on the wall. They were super nice and fixed everything so it was just right. I will hire them again for sure.

We recently purchased a new brownstone and we wanted all our electronics to be installed well and look clean with all the wires concealed. When I say electronics, I’m not just talking about hanging TVs in drywall. We were hanging two large TVs above fireplace mantles where the walls were completely solid. We were moving, switching, replacing, and installing new light fixtures. We were setting up Sonos speakers in multiple rooms. We also had a lot of wiring needs since it was an old house. Cable was only in two rooms and we wanted Ethernet connections in many of our rooms. This was a big and complex job and after doing some research Primo seemed like the company to be able to handle it. Neville came out to check out our new home and reviewed what we wanted. While waiting to get the estimate from Primo back I had two other home theater companies come out and they never got back to me because they felt the job was too complex. We were advised this would be a 3 day job and it did take 3 full days to do all the TV hanging, hiding wires, and electrical work. Everyone who came was professional and did excellent work. Neville reviewed all the work with me before they started so everyone was on the same page and he made recommendations in some cases which I appreciated since I’m not a home theater expert. We had several other contractors in the house around the same time and having dealt with several miscommunications and misunderstandings I was very happy with the process and how Primo handled all our work to make sure they did exactly what we wanted and were happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Primo for any of your Home Theater needs, it was a great experience and we couldn’t be happier with the care in how our home was handled.
