Instead of writing review I will write a story, started addition in my house more than a year ago, original contractor was supposed to take care of everything beside AC and I contracted prime, they did very well with quote and pricing, agreed and signed contract on January, long story short my GC was worst contractor ever and keep delaying my project, Ely the installation manager was very patient and worked with me throughout the journey, after 8 months or so when I fired original GC and completed my work by another contractor Prime did my installation without any delays or charge. Jess is great with communication and Matthew and other person did installation, so far so good, since it’s almost winter can’t tell how new system is running (hopefully good for the summer). So far very professional and very happy with their service.

I am blown away by the integrity of Matthew Iadeluca at Prime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Two previous companies missed a completely disconnected main supply line—a visual fix that was costing us 80% of our heat—and instead tried to scam us into a $40,000 replacement. Matthew not only found the issue instantly but rolled up his sleeves to help my husband reconnect it. He even stayed to make sure the house started warming up. He showed a lot of respect for my husband’s career as a firefighter and treated us with genuine kindness. It’s a shame other 'licensed' pros tried to take advantage of us, but Matthew proved there are still honest people in the trade. Please see attached photo. Thank you!
