Prime Electrical Services is AMAZING. Their lighting work brought our house up to date to 21st century. We had recessed lighting installed in four rooms and the cost was reasonable. The team was very professional, kind and patient with our questions. They showed up on time each day and completed the project AHEAD of schedule. Highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE: A "repaired" ceiling fan shouldn’t fall out of the ceiling. Two years ago, I hired this company to fix a loose ceiling fan. Their technician supposedly “reset” it. Today, that same fan crashed down onto my bed. Thankfully, I wasn’t in it, and my dog wasn’t lying in his usual spot exactly where it landed. When I called to report it, their response? “It’s out of warranty, there’s nothing we can do.” No accountability. No concern. Just policy. Ask yourself: Is it normal for a ceiling fan to fall just two years after being “fixed”? Would you trust a company that hides behind a warranty clause instead of owning up to possible negligence? I won’t argue — I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves. Choose wisely.

I had three fixtures, one ceiling fan and new cans placed and replaced in my kitchen. John and Matt were friendly, professional and quiet as they worked. They communicated very well with each other and consulted me during the process to make sure I was happy with the work. John made sure I was happy with my fixture choices as they went along and also was very patient and informative regarding any questions I had. I will use this business again.
