Extremely professional service. From the office with Jamie, to the two gentlemen, Nick and Chris, that picked up our items and delivered to our home, My wife commented how nice they were when they arrived our home. I hired Preferred Movers NH to move and I could not be more happy with my choice! They offer a packing service which I absolutely needed after living in my old home for 20 years. I was overwhelmed at the thought of packing it all up but Preferred got the job done. They came the following morning for the big move with smiles on their faces that remained until the last box was delivered eight hours later. They also packed up a 10x15 storage facility I was renting and transported that to my new home as well. They were all so friendly, helpful & respectful and did not complain once. My contact person at Preferred (Damian) communicated with me regularly prior to, during and after this entire adventure assuring me they would get the job done. Patrick Breen is the hands-on owner of Preferred and even he called to check in several times. I am so happy with the fantastic job they did that my son will be using them himself when he moves in two weeks !

From the beginning Damian gave a great quote, and it included moving our hot tub! Our move from MA to central ME was problematic on so many levels (regarding our sale). Damian and Jamie addressed all our issues and helped solve several problems. The communication was phenomenal every staep of the way. We had a nightmare seller who delayed our closing so long the movers had to leave without unloading our stuff. It was very stressful. John and his amazing crew were professional, personable, and never grumbled or were ruffled by the delay. They played with our dogs. When they returned with our things they were great. I hope to never go through that kind of move again but if I ever do I will call Preferred Movers.
