When I had my house built, HVAC is one of the things I vetoed the GC on and handled myself. Pool Heating and Air did a good job and used better than contractor-grade components and at a competitive price. They also registered everything for warranty. When a component failed 9 years in, which can happen with any brand, they made the repair at the cost of a diagnostic/troubleshooting visit. I prefer to use local businesses and I hope this one is around a long time because they're who I would call.
