Polizzotti Plumbing and Heating company was so helpful and accommodating when I needed my oven replaced due to leaking gas. They did a great job and I feel very safe with the quality of work. Steven, Jared, and Izzy were so kind and thoughtful, did a perfect job, and went over and beyond. I would recommend this company completely.

Polizzotti sold and installed a hybrid water in '22 as part of a reno. They were professional and overall the work was good. However, the unit failed about 18 months later they ignored my calls and emails for 3 months to follow through with servicing the warranty. I called another company and had it swapped within days. I was told that there was no problem to swap, just labor.

Please AVOID this plumbing and heating. 2 years back, they installed a tankless water heater and the unit had a problem within a year. It was under labor/parts warranty. After 5-10 calls they came and replaced the unit. Now (after 2 years), the unit has a heat exchanger problem, and called them (10-20 times) to help. They said that they would come on one Thursday and never showed up. We tried to call them and email them. No response. We also had a bad experience with the water bath plumbing work. They are not reliable people. It is better to AVOID them and not install any unit using them.
