I have been working with Russ and his crew for well over two years. I had a serious water damage and he called me back within 20 minutes, fixed the issue and more. Since then, Russ and his crew have put in a patio door, installed windows, took out wall to wall, mirrors in the bathrooms and installed new ones, and re-textured the walls. In addition to putting up a very hard console up against the wall for the TV. They also painted the house. And recently switched all the lights in the downstairs. Every single job has been done perfectly. Russ and his crew are honest, professional, have the highest level of integrity, and are very ethical and fair with their prices. We personally will never use anyone else. I personally have never met such an incredible crew. And you will be remiss if you don’t use them. They truly realize your home dream projects.

Summary: The most competent contractor I've ever worked with. Honesty, cost, punctuality, expertise and communication; On all fronts, I've never met a contractor like Rus and wish that he was available around the country. The usual pains and issues that everyone just accepts as being a part of the industry all the while rolling their eyes? You don't have to worry about with Rus. I had the pleasure of working with Rus to deal with a burst storm pipe which flooded our first floor. From mitigation, drying, repair to replacing the entire first floor's flooring, Rus was extremely communicative and attentive. Despite it having been in the middle of the flooding that was happening in Portland, Rus got the job done quickly. Most importantly, the work finished on time. He easily juggled many different variables, and proactively went out of his way to optimize different stages of the work to reduce the total project duration as much as possible. He doesn't wait until something becomes urgent, he proactively plans and executes. He is an honest man, and I trust him completely. From start to finish (including final cleaning), it was an absolute pleasure. I have 2 other constructions going on in NYC, and only wish that it was Rus overseeing them. For the sake of privacy, I won't be posting a photo of the first floor of my entire home. But the work was done perfectly, and he even freshened up the paint of my walls while at it, and at a price that I've never seen before.
