Had a great experience with our new HWH, it’s only been one day but haven’t noticed any issues so far. Kevin was very laid back and efficient. I’m not a plumber so I don’t know all the technical aspects but the connections look clean and visually appealing, as far as appliances go. Good customer service with Kevin was also appreciated, as we had to figure out why our debit card wasn’t working. Turned out my wife had a limit on it and that’s why the payments weren’t going through. Kevin was patient and accommodating as we sorted out the issue. Thanks!

Highly recommended. I had many things done in my house and the plumber was professional and nice. And, prices were much more reasonable than other quotes I got. When I've used other plumbing companies, such as Paradigm, one feels totally taken advantage of....not the case with Plumbing Techs.
