Jake Berke from Plumbing Plus did an excellent job fixing our outside hose bib and flushing our tankless water heater. Explained all the steps, gave us options on our estimates. Thorough, polite, listened when we asked questions. A real credit to the Plumbing Plus company. We will definitely call Plumbing Plus when have plumbing needs. Addendum: Changed the Star rating to 1. See pictures below. After flushing the tankless water heater it started leaking. It was not leaking before the flush. Called Plumbing Plus to come and fix the leak they created and was told that I would be charged to fix it. Ten years with Plumbing Plus. Well that is history, I will never call them again. Good luck with that customer model Plumbing Plus.

Amazing service! David and Cole replaced my old faulty water heater on the same day I called. Service was fast and thorough. Both David and Cole were friendly and helpful in making everything work, so I could get my hot water today and didn't have to wait. Great communication and response time. David and Cole were respectful of property, considerate of the neighbors, and were nice to my cat, too. Would recommend. 10/10

It was a pleasure working with our plumber Martin. He went over and above what needed to be done and had a great attitude. This was not an easy fix and he made it work, with a smile on his face! Our customer service agent Kyle was so easy to work with and helped us to feel at ease. We highly recommend their services!
