They worked tirelessly until the issue was completely resolved and never tried to upcharge us or find unnecessary issues to increase the price. Their professionalism is unmatched. It is rare to find a company that shows such genuine concern for their customers. As an added bonus, they are very reasonably priced and offer a fantastic discount for seniors and military personnel. These guys are absolutely wonderful. We had a pipe freeze and burst last night. Within 30 minutes The Plumbing Officials were at our house. The issue was fixed within an hour. The pricing for an after hours emergency was incredibly fair. They provided a detailed invoice with photos. A+. These guys are going to be my go-to for future emergencies (god forbid) and planned projects.

We had a plumbing emergency just a few days before Christmas. We called the plumbing officials and originally they said they might be able to get someone out in the afternoon. A little while later, they called back and said a plumber was on his way, which was awesome news. Our plumber‘s name Is Khalil and he was wonderful! Our plumbing problem was not as complicated or as expensive as we feared. Khalil solved the problem quickly, and actually took care of an extra thing in one of the bathrooms. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and very kind. We really appreciated the excellent service and the reasonable price. highly recommend this plumber!
