Plumbing Knight was prompt in answering my request for help when my hot water heater would not function. Plumbing Knight had installed the previous tank 13 years ago. It was clever of them to have placed stickers with their company logo on that tank as I hadn’t any idea who I should call when the tank quit working without that suggestion. AJ and his associate did an excellent job of removal and completing the new install. I was well oriented as to the operation of the new equipment and very pleased with every aspect of the experience. Wanted to complement their online form to establish an appointment. It was easy and very efficient. Once I sent the form Charity called immediately to verify my appointed time which was the next day. Today. And having hot water again is wonderful!

I thought I had a burst pipe from the freeze and looked for the best reviewed companies in the area. This was it, and I can say that the reviews are 100% correct. Even the mention of Betsy being incredible were absolutely true. She was so sweet, engaged, and helpful; so much so that we were able to get Brendan out to our home THE. SAME. DAY. Luckily it ended up not being a burst pipe but we found some other things and, like most companies, he offered a number of different services that could be done to improve our home. I fully expected that but what I appreciated was that while he was assertive (like any good salesman should be), he was never off putting or insulting or aggressive. We opted for some and left the others and it was such a pleasant way to have gone about it that we don’t regret our service purchase at all. We will absolutely be reaching out to The Plumbing Knight for any and all future service needs.

First time using The Plumbing Knight’s services and they will be my new go to moving forward. We just moved here and I’m so lucky I found them. Within minutes of me submitting my case online Betsy S called me and was so friendly and helpful and said they could get me in same day to help with my leaky toilet. She called me back a few minutes later and said a team had just finished up on my street and could come over to my house right then! The team was here within 20 min of me submitting my information— unbelievable! Bradley M and Thomas H were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They got my issue taken care of right away and were very professional. They were even so nice to my very interested 3 year old. Overall stellar experience and I cannot recommend this company enough.
