I love the intro text that I received prior to arrival with credentials and a picture of the technician; and they arrived in the very early part of that window. The repair will require a new part, but I had estimates and a thorough explanation (along with replacement options) by the time the technician left, about 30-45 minutes after arriving. My technician arrived within the promised time frame and proceeded to do the prevent maintenance on my furnace. This was the first time using their service and I was satisfied. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did need to replace a capacitor, but that seemed to be the proper thing to do given the age of the capacitor.
