Matt is great! Our dishwasher leaked out onto our Kitchen floor late Friday night. We reached out to Plug-in Services the next day, Saturday. (We also reached out to two other repair places, but they were not able to get us in for 9 days!). Matt Got back to us right away, on his day off, said he had availability on Tuesday afternoon and when I told him I was pretty desperate, he scheduled us for Monday between 11-1! He let me know when he was on his way here. He was a delight to work with. He knew immediately what was wrong with the dishwasher and efficiently, and effectively repaired it. Protecting my wooden floor the whole time. I also want to mention that he was very accommodating to my sensitivities having just coming out of an illness. I highly recommend Matt and Plug-In Services!

I got a call during evening from my tenant that LG refrigerator stopped cooling and he called several appliance repair companies but they didn't want to come. I called Matt who was on the way back home from his work. He took my call and promised to come. He came to my house within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back next day morning with the part to fix the issue. His charge was also reasonable. I highly recommend Matt and would like to do business with him again in the future.
