Called Phillips after another local AC company did a botch job- Luke, the owner booked me immediately and came to personally assess everything / diagnose the issue. He then immediately sent his team out to complete the job. The job was incredibly well done, in a reasonable amount time & was extremely fair priced. Such an attentive & knowledgeable team! Luke Phillips from Phillips AC came out to my house today for service on my AC unit. He was only here for a few minutes to fix the issue and did not try to sell me another system or over-exaggerate any of the repair items. In fact, he cautioned me about dumping additional money into a system nearing the end of its useful life. Very knowledgable, experienced, & trustworthy, when the time comes for system replacement I will indeed be working with Phillips AC. Thanks!
