I think they did a good job. When I met them in person they were very friendly and inviting. There were minor issues like paint spilled on one or two of the border frames and a paint stain in the carpet, but that’s it. The pricing was actually pretty low, so I didn’t expect everything to be perfect, but overall I was greatly satisfied on the actual painting of the walls. I think I’d use them again and I’d refer them. The only advice I’d give to them is to communicate a little better. If you know you can’t finish on a specified day then let your client know. I’ll be reaching out again in the near future, and thanks again.

I contacted Pearls Painting LLC for an interior paint job. I was given an estimate of $375 to paint one bedroom and the trim. They arrived an hour late. They stated once the paint dried if another coat was needed they would return free of charge to add an additional coat of paint. I contacted the company two days later once the paint was dry to advise another coat was needed. I was then told it will be $100 for them to come back out. He also stated that if I didn’t want to pay the $100 they would add the additional coat whenever they came out to paint a second bedroom I inquired about. After going back and forth for days he agreed to come back out in order to finish painting the initial bedroom. An appointment was made for two weeks later. The day of the appointment they never showed up. I called multiple times throughout the day being that my appointment was at 8am. He did not answer the phone or return my call. I will not use this company in the future or recommend them to anyone.

The work was sloppy and never completed. I paid for the walls in the entire home to be painted. There is an entire room that was never touched. There was paint that spilled over on the trim. The owner stopped answering my calls. I was scammed.
