I paid over $800 for less than 2 hours of work and when I reached out to the business owner for clarification to better understand a discrepancy between the inspector and electrician's reports they responded by copy-pasting output from ChatGPT. I believe the electrician made the right choice, but I didn't leave my interaction with this company feeling like a valued customer.

When I asked the inspector if everything looked okay, he gave me a genuinely impressed look and said, “Better than okay!” The team was careful to minimize any unnecessary damage—only cutting drywall where truly needed—and they left the job site clean and everything neatly back in place.
