Donovan and PDF leadership team only produce quality, integrity, and excellence. PDF Builders is by far the best contractor I have used to date. Their crew was kind and hard-working and got the job done fast! They have their own set up, you could tell they knew what they were doing, and they enjoyed it and made a good environment although the working conditions were cold and rainy, it didn’t stop them. They even added in a little bonus to cover my radon system piping and still be able to access the on-off switch for me. They had ideas and solutions for everything. They even added a cement step to the bottom, which will make it much easier to mow around and have stability to the bottom deck when entering the yard. What a nice surprise.I will use them again for my fence in the spring. They are worth the price! If you’re second-guessing, go for it, you will not regret it.

We are absolutely in love with our new patio and outdoor living space! Before, our yard felt unusable and honestly pretty discouraging — the dog was the only one who enjoyed it. The crews were always polite, respectful, and dependable — they showed up when they said they would, kept their work areas clean every day, and made the entire process stress-free. The craftsmanship is incredible. The lights they built into the pavers are my favorite detail — it’s sooo pretty at night! 🌙✨ Now we actually spend time outside as a family, and it feels like a whole new home. PDF Builders also widened our driveway using the same rock from the landscape design, which tied everything together perfectly. Could not recommend them more!

Our family had a great experience building with PDF. Communication from the beginning was timely and they continued to be patient, flexible and creative while we worked through some challenges with our local HOA. The end product of our covered back patio (attached and with composite decking) is exactly what we hoped for and has greatly expanded our homes entertainment space. Any small request were always received well and the timeline they provided us for completion was accurate allowing us to get a couple months of outdoor enjoyment.
