Derek was awesome to work with. He was really detailed in his work and helped to replace our leaky water heater. I know we'll have other plumbing projects in the future and we'll be sure to use him going forward. He is very kind and a great communicator - something that is rare in the home service industry these days!

I called Pathfinder Plumbing in a panic with a pool of water on the floor and no idea of the cause. Derek was able to get to the root of the problem quickly, which was a drain pipe leak due to decay on the old metal pipe. The pipe was near impossible to access and it became apparent that the problem stemmed from previous plumbers repairing a portion of the pipe for a quick fix, but not fully finishing the job due to lack of access. Derek repaired the entire pipe and instead of cutting up the wall in the closest area to the pipe, which probably would have been easier for him, he creatively found a way to access it through the back of a cabinet, leaving no visible damage. This was surely extra work for him, but resulted in a far cleaner repair and saved me what would have been hundreds if not thousands in drywall repair after the fact.

I have used Pathfinder Plumbing for a number of plumbing projects throughout my home. I live in an older home that has been partially renovated by a number of previous owners. Derek is an incredible problem solver and thorough in his work. He takes the time to explain things in a way that I can understand with limited knowledge on the topic and is transparent with necessary repairs, price and expectations. He has done a number of pipe repairs, fixed drain issues, toilet installations and most recently he reworked the plumbing to fit a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher and installed a new water heater. Everything has been running fabulously since. I have never had to call him back out to a project that he's completed; he remains my go-to for all plumbing needs.
