The Patch Guys

We appreciate the work The Patch Guys did and wanted to share some feedback that could help improve the overall experience. To start with the positives: they were generous in allowing us to use their contractor discount when purchasing paint, and even let us use their paint sprayer—both of which were extremely helpful and saved us time and money. That kind of support doesn't go unnoticed and was definitely appreciated. However, there are areas that could use improvements. Better communication around arrival days and times would go a long way. It's important to show up when scheduled or at least keep clients informed of any delays or changes in timing. This helps manage expectations and shows respect for the customer's time. Second, while the work is generally acceptable, there is room for improvement in the overall quality. Attention to detail and a more polished finish would make a noticeable difference and enhance customer satisfaction. Lastly, providing upfront, itemized receipts before the job starts would be greatly appreciated. This level of transparency ensures clients know exactly what they’re paying for and helps build trust. Overall, The Patch Guys offered some helpful support during the project, and with a few improvements in communication, quality, and billing clarity, they could offer an even better service.

Had the pleasure to work with Cheslon and his crew. They took down our painted popcorn ceilings and retextured it, it looks perfect! Great communication from the owner and crew, I would highly recommend to anyone!
