I had a kitchen faucet that had low flow, I took it off and realized the shutoff valves were bad, likely causing debris in the lines. I needed a professional for the valves. Papa’s came out and said the copper was bent so they needed to replace it, not just add new valves. See pix, it wasn’t bent, just pushed over, but not problematic. That was a lie to get more money. They were clean and did do a nice job with the new valves. But when they left the faucet still didn’t work because it needed to be flushed out. Their attitude was, ‘Our contract only says we have to put in new valves, so the faucet is your problem.’ And they left. I paid nearly $2k and still had the same problem. They didn’t do a super job of patching the wall, but it’s not horrible. The patch will always remain visible. Meanwhile, they had someone crawl under the house and try to tell me that the pipes are bad and should be replaced. The pipes are fine. That’s just predatory nonsense. Now they’ve texted repeatedly every day for reviews.. ok. Here’s the review.

Armando and Anthony from Papas Plumbing were fantastic. They replaced my water heater and a few hose bibs quickly and efficiently, and the quality of their work was excellent. They also did careful spot checks on existing pipework for leaks afterward, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. What really stood out was how clean and respectful they were the entire time. They left every area they worked in cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even put on shoe covers inside the house without being asked, which I really appreciated since I have an infant crawling around. That level of thoughtfulness says a lot about their professionalism. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Papas Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, careful plumbers.

Jorge from Papa’s Plumbing was awesome to deal with today. We had a line to our whole house filtration system break and had no water to the house because everything had to be shut off. The part needed was specialized, but Jorge found a work around and we have water again. So thankful! Jorge was cheerful and resourceful and moved very quickly. Thanks again, Papa’s Plumbing!
