Free estimate, very thorough, took their time. I had a call and they waited for me to finish. They also offered to come earlier but still honored our standing appt. I had a fire and they investigated the ducting and air handler a d even took down all the vents to assess the damage. I highly recommend their service( I have used them multiple times and have had a great experience EVERY time. They are consistently quality and prices are very competitive
