I hate to do this but tried to discuss directly with the company and apparently they don't have a single manager in the building on a Friday to discuss concerns and ways to improve their customer services. first off, last July, they almost blew up my home and killed me and my children when our propane tank exploded that they overfilled by twice the allowed volume when their gauge malfunctioned. At that time everybody was very responsive, shout out to the Windham fire department who is here in minutes every Palmer executive was at my house that day. They replaced the tank. then the next day delivered me a bill... which ai declined to pay, they took care of it after this event and agreed that it was their responsibility. I have been a customer for 10 years between the two homes I've owned in New Hampshire. I have been on auto delivery all 10 years. This year I have had to call on three different occasions for oil deliveries, and two different occasions for propane deliveries that I'm not supposed to have to monitor, because that's the beauty of auto delivery. Two weeks ago I called requesting a delivery for propane because I noticed the gauge was reading low and was told somebody would be out to deliver propane that next week. Fast-forward two weeks later delivery still has not been made. I call again to inquire about when the delivery will be made. Mari answers the phone and tells me that it will be made at some point this week. I said well I have not received an email stating that and I was also told this the last time I called and it didn't happen so how can we ensure that this is going to take place? She was unable to answer my questions and when I asked for a manager, she told me there is not one available at all in the entire building to discuss this concern. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! when I told her after 10 years, I may need to consider another company since the customer service has gone downhill so much in the last year and her response is OK, that sounds good. REALLY?!??
We have been customers of Palmer Gas for 20+ years and have not regretted it once. The Palmer team has consistently ensured our tank is full of propane and is maintained properly. They have done a variety of services for us as well, from running gas to our pool heater, to servicing our furnace, and installing our water heater. Each time, we have been impressed with the service we received. Today, our delivery driver left us a note, thanking us for clearing the path to our tank, so she was able to avoid slipping on the ice in our yard. This is the type of relationship that this company fosters with their customers. Great job Palmer team!
