Joyce, the representative I spoke with on the phone, was particularly helpful in coordinating the repair and even provided a referral for additional appliance work we needed. The repair technicians, Jon and Shayn, were exceptional. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct parts, and offered precise recommendations to ensure our range wouldn’t encounter the same issue again. Additionally, PRS called ahead to confirm our home appointments, further demonstrating their professionalism. Everyone I interacted with was competent and pleasant, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am very happy to give this business a 5-star rating.
I’m evaluating for all services (3-4 appointments including today) in the past. Finally, I summarized my experience with this company to share. Two stars are deserved for the company. Why? 1. Seriously bad Communication a. There was no phone call or text prior to a service tech coming. When the service tech came, he told me he sent a text to my phone. I showed him my messages on my phone. No text received. b. Three days before the appointment, I sent my message asking if there was any preparation such as clearing out spaces needed. No response at all. c. Even when I called and left my message on the appointment date, no response came in. Does the company seriously care about the customer service relationship?
We wanted to extend our sincere appreciation to John for coming out yesterday to fix our washer. He was very cordial and friendly. He also was very focused on installing the parts. He was thorough in testing to make sure that the washer was working properly before he left. John’s caring attitude positively reflects the reputation of your company.
