Hired them thru Home Depot’s ProReferral service. They contacted me promptly and provided a reasonable quote. One thing that stood out was their knowledge. David knew right away what part was needed just by the pictures I provided. Joseph came out the next morning and completed the cartridge replacement like he’s done this numerous times before. He identified the problem with the previous cartridge (which was previously installed by a handyman). I called at 5:00 Friday evening, and Joe came out early Saturday morning. He replaced our shower valve, on short order, with quality work so that we could get our water back on. We were saved!
