Pace Electrical & Generator Services

Today, maintenance service was performed on our Generac Air Cooled Emergency Generator by service technician George W. He was very efficient and personable and at all times acted in a very professional manner. He explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand and fully answered all questions that I had regarding the emergency Generator. His work was tidy and he left the Generator much, much cleaner than when he arrived. I give George a 5 star rating for his performance and efficiency and the very pleasant way in which he deals with customers who are not mechanically inclined. However, there was some difficulty scheduling the service call because the Pace office only communicates by text message and does not follow up by phone or email to confirm that a message changing the original date of service which had been agreed upon by all. The office mistakenly assumed that the phone number I provided was a mobile phone when it was a land line with an answering machine. I spent 4 hours waiting for a Pace employee who never arrived on the originally scheduled date. Then, the second scheduled service call was cancelled in the morning the scheduled day by the service technician (Collin) because he thought the weather was bad which it was not. In any event, I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided by George W. and am also very well pleased with the Generac 22kw generator that Pace installed slightly over 5 years ago. It has worked as expected providing prompt restoration of electrical service when there has been a PECO power outage, and there have been more than a few of those. The Emergency generator and its perfect functioning provided my wife and I quite a bit of peace of mind. David L. White

Anton was great. He hard wired my new range with ease, moved the range into position, tested the burners and oven, and started a process for the oils to burn off inside the oven. He was also efficient. He said Pace will call about payment.

A PACE electrician came to my home today to replace my smoke detectors, install a chandelier, install 3 wall sconces (requiring running wires and installing a new switch) and address a hot dimmer switch. Omar was courteous, professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. He showed up right on time this morning and worked straight through lunch to finish. I always call PACE when I need an electrician and am never disappointed.
