This company has amazing customer service I called one time in the middle of a deep freeze because my electric somehow caused my heat to stop working and because Chris was busy Conrad (dad) came over to help with ice and snow covered roads mind you he’s 80 years old and he had everything back up and running in less then an hour it’s no surprise Chris who runs the company now is just as amazing and honest today. I called him because an outlet went and he was patient, honest and walked me right through fixing it without any service fee and was very informative. I am someone who has absolutely no idea on any electric stuff in fact it scares me low and behold it’s working. If you want honest great customer service I highly suggest Chris. It’s absolutely no surprise this company has been in service for 50 years.

I described my electrical problem to Chris from P&M electrical contractors and he advice me to call CMP as it sounded like an issue on their end. I contacted CMP who found the problem was on their end and Chris was right. I am so grateful for his expertise, as it saved me a lot of money for a service call that wouldn’t have fixed anything.

Chris did all the electrical for my new home. He was patient with my questions during our initial walk through and explained everything so I understood what he meant. He was timely in getting the job done. He was very efficient and his work looked organized, not messy, when he finished. He even came to fix a breaker the night before Thanksgiving because my refrigerator kept tripping. I’ll use Chris for any future electrical work I need and I highly recommend P & M Electrical. You couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. Thank you for everything Chris.
