I called Ozburn about electrical service at a commercial site and the rep said that it would be a few days and that he would follow up about scheduling a date/time. Well I never heard back and then nearly a week later one of their crews just showed up randomly at the site…. Wow lol. Anyway, I’d already hired another contractor because I never heard back from Ozburn so I politely declined the service. I don’t know how this place stays in business if this is how they operate in all honesty. Very unprofessional.

Fast scheduling, efficient, professional service at a fair price. I am doing work on a home I recently purchased and Robert was able to correct some iffy situations, and installed all new ceiling fans and light fixtures. He checked with me at every step to make sure everyrhing was exactly as I preferred it. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use Ozburn Electric whenever I need an electrician. Today 9/3/2025 I had the pleasure to have Ozburn come to my house because of my outside breaker box. Iwas so so pleased with the service I received from Scott and the Tech. They where very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and the price wasn't bad. They did a great job and I was very pleased. Would recommend them. Thanks Ozburn the lord said let there be light they gave it to me. Thank God for them!!!
