Since I was purchasing a new home, I wanted a really good inspection company to perform a pre-purchase inspection. Home prices are not cheap and I wanted to know the good, the bad and the ugly about my potential purchase. So, I did my research to find an inspector that had a GC license as well as the best certification/qualifications as a master inspector for home inspectors and I am so glad I found OSI Inspection Services. From the moment you call and speak with Dawn to Brian and Payton performing the inspections to receiving your report - everything they do is very professional. OSI is not a company that comes in, does the inspection and leaves - no, they take the time to go over every aspect of their report, showing you pictures, videos and educating you on areas of potential concern or items which need to be addressed. I was able to go back to the seller and have them make minor repairs (by a licensed professional), which were needed for my 4 point inspection/wind mitigation report. OSI was always on time, very professional and the amount of time they spend at the site, going over their findings and any questions - you can tell, they take pride in their work. I am so glad I found OSI!
