Dinos was extremely professional and was able to replace my pool hot water heater with the exact same model so that we would have to do as little retrofitting as possible. He was quickly able to demonstrate exactly what was going wrong with our previous hot water heater so that we could understand the problems before we made our decisions. He was responsible about following up when he said he would and additionally, he called a few days after the installation to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough good things about Dino! He installed my AC quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair—no hidden costs, no hassle, just honest and excellent work. Not only is he incredibly professional and very knowledgable, but his lovely personality made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. He took care of me from the time I first called him and tried to help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone to give me some relief from the heat wave in Cambridge while waiting for the new AC. Ultimately he showed me what was wrong, gave me my options and the corresponding cost, and I ultimately decided to go with a new unit better sized for my home. He checked in as well after the work and made sure everything was going well. (I am cold in my home! 5stars!!!) Dino clearly takes pride in his work and treats his customers with genuine care. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and just an all-around great human, Dino is your guy. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Dino was beyond excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly, and fixed it while making sure all my questions were answered. He had also done a job for me previously with fixing my furnace and I knew right away who to call when my AC broke. Both times I really appreciated his fair pricing and his dedication to doing the job well. A true professional who does fantastic work and actually cares about how it's done!
