I was looking to buy Marvin windows for a new build house, and they were open to providing the windows needed for the framer to install. This company had great service along with a lot of knowledge and some of the best prices for this brand in the KC area. I would highly recommend recommend reaching out to them for wonderful quality windows if you are building a house.

Our home was built in 2018 and we discovered water stains on a bedroom wall in 2022. It was determined that water had been getting in from the window which was poorly installed. Had 3 remodeling companies come in and all 3 originally said to contact my builder because the damage appeared to be from poor craftsmanship. I contacted my builder Joe Gianni with Gianni Homes to come look at the damage and he did. He said he would have his window and stone guys come out to take a look at it. I followed up with him repeatedly over a 3 month period but he eventually stopped all communications with me. I don’t think he liked what it was looking to cost him to repair the damage and he knew his joke of a 1 year home warranty had already expired. Open and Shut standby their work and back it up with a guaranteed warranty for as long as we live in the home.

The initial consultation was very professional. The follow up visit to get measurements showed the knowledge and precision of the team. The two men who installed were very neat and clean. The area was kept pristine the entire week it took for the job to be complete. Excellent craftsmanship on the carpentry work around the windows. They look better than new. The painter was very particular about his job. He waited three days to get the correct stain color, he wouldn’t settle until it was a perfect match. I highly recommend. .
