OnGrade Plumbing & Excavating

Joshua and his team were phenomenal! We just moved into a new house and our inspector had recommended a hydrojet cleaning based on the sewer scope. Joshua did a thorough cleaning and descaling of our house's old cast iron pipes, preparing the space with plastic to avoid damage, sending photos/videos of the process for my records, and generally being a great communicator. He also helpfully answered a question I had about DIY fixing my toilet. Trust these folks with your plumbing needs - worth it!!

We were in a bit of a crunch with leaking water in our upstairs shower. I called today and they had Josh out here in 2-ish hours. Excellent service from the phone call to project being done. Highly recommend.

Had an emergent exterior yard hydrant leak. Without an isolation valve, needed to turn off water to entire property including our house. OnGrade answered the phone and scheduled a master plumber to arrive the same day. After discussing the potential cause, had a very honest and thorough conversation regarding repairs, cost and scheduling. To my surprise, OnGrade was able to schedule the repair first thing the next morning. Josh and Rick were both incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in their repair and excavation skills. Photos of pre work and post work were attached to the invoice. Plumbing repairs are always inconvenient and costly, however the timeliness and professionalism OnGrade showed was truly impressive. They will be my first call for any future plumbing or septic needs. I will absolutely recommend OnGrade to friends, family, and neighbors.
