I have not used them before. I called for an emergency no heat. I agreed to the whopping $269 emergency service. They came out in one hour. They diagnosed a probable oil flow issue (ie clogged filter). They literally did not have the oil filter on the truck. When I called back, they said someone will call tomorrow. It is 15 degrees outside.

Ralph came to give me an estimate on not only the price, but a better option on what oil tank to use and its location. Both recommendations were great. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Within approximately 4 hours the work was completed. With the exception of my new oil tank, you would never have believed any work had been done around my home. I would highly recommend this company, and you can use me as a referral.
