We had been needing a new front door for a very long time and finally got around to doing it!! We stopped in on a Saturday morning and left with a door and screen door on order!! Loved the choices! Everything was explained and we were shown various options to keep it in our budget!! We were well informed through the process - when the door was ordered - when it came it - when it could be installed. The installation was seamless! We absolutely love our new door and screen door. We will definitely be back in the future to update our back door!

I needed a garage door replaced. The original was from Omaha Door and Window so I called them. Ed Parker promptly came to my home and gave me options and an estimate. I was advised to get a quote from a big box store as well. So I did and Omaha Door and Window is $1,000.00 cheaper for the same quality door! Since I have 3 doors, I was able to get the door from the original manufacturer. It matches well. the color is real close to the original. No one will know unless they really look. Plus it has upgraded springs so it is quieter. I was told it would take 4 weeks to get the door but it came in 2 weeks. We scheduled the installation for the following week. the installer, Kelly, was prompt and courteous. And has a great sense of humor. He installed the door within 3 hours. It looks perfect and works better than the old door.

We had an amazing experience with Omaha door! Our builder use them for our garage doors, and when one stopped working after a couple months, they came out the very next day to get it fixed. It was a simple wiring issue, but while they were out, they noticed something amiss with the other door and fixed it while on site. It was something we had asked our builder about, but our builder did not validate our concerns. I was so grateful that they noticed it and fixed both doors so quickly!! It’s so hard to find quality workers that really care, but I would recommend this company for their prompt warranty appointment and going above and beyond!
