I’ve worked with O.N.C.E a couple of times since buying my first house. So far, Bobby and his team have installed new ceiling fans and lights, replaced old fixtures, and moved switches. He and his team do great work. They are always on time, upfront about costs and timelines, and are happy to explain what’s feasible and how they do their work. Brooke is friendly and a good communicator, I’ve never had any issues coordinating service with her and it’s nice that you can contact her both via phone call and text. I’d highly recommend working with this small business. The work is high-quality, the service is friendly, and the pricing is excellent.

I bought an antique lamp in one of the local shops. Bobby repaired the very old electrical parts, and now it is as good as new! Bobby is a skilled professional who knows his craft. I highly recommend Old New Castle Electric!
