They came to quote doing a heat exchanger on warranty. They didn’t try to upsell me on a furnace, and they did the job in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price! Other companies wouldn’t even entertain doing the warranty job and tried to sell me a furnace, one even lied to me and told me the warranty was expired even after I told him that it wasn’t. 5 stars to these guys, when I do replace the furnace I’ll be calling them!

Serviceman Joe was very professional and knowledgeable during my service check of my furnace.The same was true of the young man who did my air conditioner in this past summer. I will definitely sign a service contract with Ohio Heating in 2026.

Brian wasted no time. I had multiple people/company's come and nothing was done ...should I say resolved. He knew exactly what the issues were with my heating and cooling. Meaning he completed both jobs regarding the furnace and the air conditioning unit. In no time. I am at aw! Im so thankful for him. I recommend Ohio Heating. If I could give 10 stars I would. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
