I had several estimates and did research while also listening to sales staffs of multiple companies. Norris Electric stood above all others. First they are a Generac Authorized Dealer allowing them to offer extended warranties, emergent and routine maintenance, and remote monitoring of our generator. Ron the owner, Marsha and the rest of his staff have all been professional. We rest better knowing we have a stand-by generator and that they were the company we went with

The service was good and the technician was very nice. The reason for the low rating is due to the fact that we had to pay for the estimate and the repair. It was not clear to us that we would have to pay for the estimate and when we inquired about this they cited that "everyone charges for estimates" which is absolutely untrue. So, plan to pay "extra" when you pay for their service.
