So we ended up needing both a spring replacement and a new garage door opener. Chris from Norm’s Doors came out, and he was fantastic. The repair required custom-sized parts, which meant he had to come back out, but their scheduling was super quick and flexible. Chris was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly.
